Sneak Peek! :)

    1. One of my favorite shows on TV was Farscape. It featured an antagonistic alien race superficially identical to humans called Sebacean. Now in this universe Earth has plenty of off-world colonies as well as contact with superficially identical races. I didn't wantto go the Star Trek route where every race was distinguished by a cranial bump or skin tone. If we suppose that a world holds life similar enough to ours that we can interact socially then evolution would have also followed similar paths. This also goes for green-skinned aliens, ones with cranial ridges, etc. Just like in our world you can't judge a person's origin by appearances.

    2. I like that outlook. Also, it will make any time you introduce something even more alien that much more impactful for the reader.
